This is a unique example of a late Gothic building for residential use, dating to the late 15th century, unique in its genre in all of Monferrato.

The building is on two floors and built with cantoni stone on the ground floor and with bricks on the first floor. The attic is in wood with terracotta floor.
Particularly elegant is the wooden corner roof terrace, supported by oak beams with a projection of 1.3 metres.

A first restoration was carried out in 1973, with the construction of an outdoor stairs, followed by that in 2000 which dealt with the facade and wooden parts.
