The historical Hotel Alli Due Buoi Rossi is home to a new restaurant designed for the residents of Alessandria and the hotel guests. Chef Sara Zanotto will be at the helm of the new Bistrot Cavour of Alessandria. A few uncomplicated ingredients, combined in a delicious and original manner: simplicity is a serious thing and it expresses itself each day through her creative vein that loves to leave a tangible footprint of her unconventional cooking rich in
emotions.
A new culinary journey with solid roots in traditional Piedmont cuisine but which also lets the diner "play" with food, which here becomes true interaction, through shapes, colors and flavors.

Open from Monday to Saturday: 12.30 - 14.30 / 19.30 - 22.00. Closed on Sunday.
