B&B nestled among Southern Monferrato hills, between Novi Ligure and Gavi, land of vineyards and golf courses. It is a characteristic farmhouse of the area, surrounded by ten hectares of meadows and woods which are home to deer, boars, foxes, hares, hedgehogs and pheasants, in addition to the domestic animals.
At sunset, it is lovely to wait for the deer to arrive and watch them play in the meadow.
The house, built in the nineteenth century, is a characteristic "earth house" of the area. A special construction technique is used and this has been recently reassessed. It is the subject of architectural studies and considered interesting cultural heritage.
There is no need for air conditioning: one of the characteristics of these houses is the temperature regulation: extremely cool in summer and warm in winter, they offer a healthy and comfortable environment.
