The varieties of pears vary depending on the season: in summer, Morettini, dr. Guyot and William's and in autumn, Conference, Abate Fetel, Kaiser, Passacrassana, Madernassa. Apples (Mondial Gala, Fuji, Braeburn, Mela Golden Delicious) and the Marabel potato are all grown organically. You should also try the organic MelaBevo apple juice, obtained from ripe apples, so naturally rich in sugars, by soft pressing, no filtering: this produces a natural and healthy juice that preserves the taste and smell of freshly picked fruit.
