Cherasco snails are an asset, to the point which an Elicicoltura Institutel arose, promoted by the National Association of the same name. Adriana Pucci attended the institute to translate his passion into a business, which he now runs with his son Marco. On a plot of about half a hectare by breeding varieties Helix Pomatia and Helix Aspersa that are raised naturally according to a complete biological cycle on free terrain, once transformed are pre-cooked in jars and immersed in their own juice, both delicious in processing: from ready sauce for pasta to pâté.
