For some years, the Ravera farm has been engaged in dairy production with passion and research. The activity of Maria Teresa is born from the family's passion for breeding and cultivating the fields,up to the breeding of a large flock of white Saanen goats. The production ranges from fresh milk to yogurt, fresh and aged cheeses, all made from raw milk. Taste all the selection of their products, fresh cheeses enriched with chopped pistachios, chilli pepper, rocket, walnuts (including in the aged version with the same ingredients), the crescenza, ricotta, up to aged cheeses always enriched with a special ingredient.
