Hotel Capanne of Cosola has been managed by the Callegari family since the 1800s. Located on the border of the 4 Regions (Piedmont, Emilia Romagna, Lombardy, Liguria) at an altitude of 1500 meters, it is immersed in the unspoilt nature of the Ligurian Piedmont Apennines. It rises in a highly scenic point from which it is possible to admire the Gulf of Liguria as far as Arenzano, the Alpine chain with the Monviso and the underlying Po Valley. Visitors will find a warm and comforting environment typical of the mountain style, the cooking is homemade and presents typical dishes of the 4 Regions such as Pisarei e Fasò (bread gnocchi with beans) or Ravioli al Tocco (borage ravioli and meat sauce)
