The Monferrato experienced here is a truly irresistible destination: an agriturismo set in the spaces of the ancient medieval court of the oldest and best-preserved Aleramic castle of Monferrato, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the hills from the large window. The cuisine here is of a high level and the wine list includes the excellent produce of the estate vineyards: Barbera, Gabiano and Rubino di Cantavenna. To start, Piedmont Fassone beef tartare and organic asparagus flan of the Castle in season, before moving on to the homemade tajarin with black truffle of the woods of the estate and handmade ravioli del plin. The second course includes meat braised in Gabiano Doc Riserva before ending with bunet. Of other visits, we recall the Piedmontese blonde hen and grapefruit salad, wholemeal rabbit ravioli, rabaton on a bed of creamy cheese, and delicate capunèt of Monferrato. It is well worth a visit!
