Colli Tortonesi Barbera “Pi én” - Colli Tortonesi Timorasso “Annozero” Situated on the Tortona Hills, our winery has been handed down through the generations and extends over a surface of 23 hectares. We have been using organic farming methods since 1999. The steep slopes, the good exposure, the calcareous tuff soils and the attentive management of the rows of vineyards produce a high quality grape that is vinified following the tradition. These hills are undoubtedly dedicated to Barbera, to which we reserve three types of vinification: traditional in cement; barrique; and long maceration. We also produce Nibiò (autochthonous) a biotype of Dolcetto and Croatina. The Timorasso is a white-berry grape, an autochthonous vine of the area, which produces a structured white wine that ages well. The winery is family-run and has been handed down through the generations.
